Staff Survery Result Success
In our recent staff survey, compared to 12 other homelessness and supported housing organisations, Broadway staff were by far the most satisfied, rating Broadway highest in 10 out of 11 categories including:
- Development
- Management
- Communication
- Diversity
- Work Life Balance
98% of staff said that they work with colleagues who are committed and professional
97% said that they think that Broadway makes a positive difference to people’s lives
94% said that their manager listens to their ideas and that they are encouraged to make decisions
All this means that Broadway has the most engaged workforce in the sector, enabling us to deliver really high quality services through our excellent staff.
