Broadway are delighted to announce that our ‘Engage to Change’ training programme has been granted Accredited Centre status.
The Engage to Change programme is a qualification for frontline workers in homeless services. Broadway are working alongside CIH and Homeless Link to provide support and guidance to organisations that would like to deliver the qualification to their staff. By providing this level of training and qualifications to front line workers, we are ensuring that our clients receive the best level of service.
We are just the third organisation in the country (and the first in London) to be awarded this accreditation. We are delighted with this accreditation as it recognises our commitment to delivering high quality training to front line homelessness workers.
