New System Launched!
Broadway is pleased to announce that the new CHAIN system was launched on 4th May 2010. The CHAIN team have worked to train hundreds of CHAIN users and will be on hand to offer support through the phone and email helpdesk. For more information click here.
CHAIN
CHAIN is London's most comprehensive and widely used database on rough sleeping and the street population. Over 80 projects contribute information to CHAIN and this is increasing as the team expand the system to more agencies across London. By having access to CHAIN, agencies and workers can:
- Find background information about their clients
- View information to help with support planning
- Access information to help with linking clients in with available services
- View the history of a client’s engagement with services such as outreach teams, hostels, day centres and resettlement teams
