Main Content: Training

Training is essential before new users are given access to CHAIN. There are several sessions each month; to book a place please contact the CHAIN Team on 020 7710 0562 or email chain@broadwaylondon.org.

The types of sessions are:

  • New User - Outreach
  • New User - Hostel/Rolling Shelter
  • New User - Resettlement
  • New User - Day Centre
  • Advanced (reports and data analysis)

New staff will be provided with their own log-ins during training.
