Broadway has consistently maintained the Investors in People standard since 2002 and was also successful in being awarded Investors in People Gold in 2010 – the first homeless organisation in London to receive the award.
In addition to receiving a National Training Award for our management development programme in 2006, Broadway also received a Best HR Team award at the HR Excellence Awards in 2011.
