Award winning HR department
Broadway has a proven track record in delivering first class training and development initiatives to its staff and is a leader in the field of training and development within the sector.
Broadway has consistently maintained the Investors in People standard since 2002 and was also successful in being awarded the Leadership and Management Model in 2006 – the third organisation in London to receive the award and the only one in our sector.
In addition to receiving a National Training Award for our management development programme in 2006, Broadway also received a Best Places to Work in HR award at the Personnel Today awards 2008.
