We believe that our staff will perform better if they have a healthy work-life balance. Our staff benefit from these provisions to achieve this:
- Core hours 10.30 to 3.30 for non-shift staff, with up to 3 days Flexi-Leave in any 4 week period
- 37.5 hour week for full time positions
- 25 days annual leave (increasing after 3 and 5 years' service) + bank holidays
- Up to 6 weeks full pay and 12 weeks half pay Maternity or Adoption leave.
