Our trainees will go through the same recruitment process as our other staff. Candidates will be expected to complete an application form (Part 1 and Part 2) or provide Broadway with a curriculum vitae and Part 2 of the application form and a covering letter describing how they meet the person specification . The person specification will comprise of a list of criteria (qualifications, experience, skills and competences) required to fulfil the requirements of the job. It is very important that you address each point in the Person Specification. The panel will assess, shortlist, test and interview candidates based on their ability to meet these criteria. Although we are not necessarily looking for previous experience, what is more important to us is that you have the transferable skills that are required for the role, and that you are able to provide evidence of this at interview.
