In addition you must detach, complete and return Pages 4, 5 and 7 of the Application Form (giving details about health, criminal record, and Equal Opportunities monitoring).

Housing Support Workers (£22,692 - £24,573) - Hammersmith and Fulham

We are seeking to recruit Housing Support Workers for our Supported Housing Team based in Hammersmith and Fulham. The role will involve supporting clients with varied needs (including substance misuse and mental health needs) as well as sustaining their tenancy. You will also ensure that clients move on to suitable accommodation in a planned and timely way, and liaise with external support agencies, both voluntary and statutory, as required
The next round of recruitment will be in September/October 2010 (exact dates TBC).
