Broadway's TST Move On Scheme sources homes through private landlords for people ready to move into the Private Rented Sector.

The TST Move On Scheme is a partnership between Tenancy Sustainment Teams (TSTs) and Broadway, funded by Communities and Local Government.

Are you a landlord? We will pay to find you a tenant!

We offer a professional service on a personal level to help you find a tenant. The Scheme has a number of benefits, including a one off payment of £800 made to you when we successfully move a tenant into your property. Read more
