Broadway is a London based homelessness charity. Tenancy Sustainment Teams (TSTs) work to support vulnerably housed people towards independent living.
In partnership Broadway & TSTs take a fresh approach to lettings. We offer a professional service on a personal level. Our approach is to treat customers as individuals, this enables us to let properties successfully and ensure our landlords and tenants are happy. We have over 25 years experience in property management which means that we can deliver sound advice and an excellent service.
How we’re different
Broadway & TSTs work together to find homes for the people who need them most. We work with people who have experienced homelessness to help them access accommodation in the Private Rented Sector. They are often looking for 1 bed flats. The Find a Tenant Scheme is run by Broadway & the TSTs. All those involved are passionate about helping people to make the journey from street to home.
Our Find a Tenant Scheme
The scheme offers the following key benefits:
- £800 incentive payment made to all landlords when a tenant moves into a property
- Professional advice
- We take the stress out of letting properties
- Full assessment of tenants
- Up to 8 weeks resettlement support for our tenants from the TSTs who have an established relationship with them ensuring a good start in their new home
- Our service is free of charge
