Are you looking for a home in the private rented sector?

Who are we?
We source homes through private landlords for people ready to move on into the Private Rented Sector. We can find you a property in an area of your choice. The TST Move On Scheme is run by the Clearing House (a part of Broadway) & Tenancy Sustainment Teams (TSTs). Broadway is a homelessness charity which helps people make the journey from street to home. The TST Move On Scheme is funded by Communities and Local Government (CLG).

Quality
All of our homes are checked in line with the Decent Home Standard - so you can be sure your home will be of good standard and that the landlord is trustworthy.
Our homes have Assured Shorthold Tenancies, so you can have the same rights as any other tenant. It is easy to renew your Assured Shorthold Tenancy after the initial period. Our landlords are looking for long term tenants.

Support
Your TST Worker will support you into the tenancy by helping you with the paperwork and making sure everything runs smoothly. There will be up to 8 weeks resettlement support available from your TST worker.

Affordability
You don’t need a deposit or 1 month’s rent in advance. Instead we will offer
the landlord an £800 incentive once a tenancy agreement has been signed.
Whether you are working or not we’ll be able to help you. All of our homes are affordable for people on benefits or low incomes. Your Local Housing Allowance (LHA) will replace Housing Benefit. Your LHA can be topped up in the same way housing benefit would be depending on your income.
