All referrals through the voids list must have a CHAIN NUMBER.
For most properties, clients will also need to be verified rough sleepers on CHAIN. A verified rough sleeper is someone who has been seen sleeping rough by an Outreach worker. There will be an orange V next to their name on CHAIN and at least one record stating "street contact- seen bedded down".
For other properties clients will only need a CHAIN number and will not need to be verified rough sleepers.

The Voids list is published every Friday.
If you have a suitable client who is interested in one of the properties below then you can reserve the property by calling the Clearing House after 9.30 a.m. on the following Monday.

This works on a first come first served basis. Voicemail reservations are not accepted. Please do not leave messages regarding the voids list. Clients need to be former rough sleepers who meet the criteria for the property.
Only one self-contained voids can be booked per phone call.
Once you have booked a property we will hold it for you. We need to received a completed Clearing House Application form which has been signed by the client before 3.00 p.m. on the Thursday of that week. Otherwise we will re-advertise the void.
