How can I make a comment, suggestion or complaint?
Broadway merged with St Mungo's on 1 April 2014. All content on these pages is relevant to clients in existing Broadway services. If you have any queries, please speak to your service manager or keyworker.
We want you to tell us when we get things wrong and share your ideas on how we can improve so that we can provide the best service possible for you. That is why we have a Comments, Suggestions and Complaints procedure.
