Broadway's Client Involvement strategy outlines the opportunities for clients to get involved in our work.

The strategy was developed in partnership with clients and staff, who gave their feedback and ideas about what our approach to involvement should be. The strategy states our committment to ensuring involvement opportunities are relevant and accessible to all our clients. It also explains how we will make sure the contributions made by clients have a real impact on our services.
