Have your say about who works at Broadway! We will train you to be part of the interview panel which recruits new members of staff.
Be a researcher
Receive training to interview others as part of research projects. Client researchers learn valuable skills and receive a small payment for taking part.
Apply for money to run your own activity
Small grants are available for clients to run their own activities, through Broadway’s Initiative Fund (IF for short). Staff can support you to make an application.
Be a board member
Clients are invited to apply to be on Broadway’s Board – the group which oversees the organisation’s work and makes the big decisions. Full support and training is provided to help you take on this role.
Put together the client newsletter
Help decide what goes in the newsletter, Bright Lights. Help with the design and plan future issues as part of the editorial board. A great opportunity to gain experience and do something creative.
Contribute to the newsletter
You can also send in articles or creative writing and see it in print. All contributions welcome, a perfect opportunity if you want to do something in your own time.
Help deliver training to our staff
You will receive training to enable you to get involved in helping to train staff - pass on your experience and skills to others.
