Aims of the course

To consider what the differences are between the social housing and the
commercial sectors – in terms of culture and approach to HR - and whether we can and should seek to minimise or eradicate these.

To explore ways of making the HR function more customer focused, thereby
enhancing the credibility and influence of the HR function internally.
To identify appropriate measures of success of HR interventions to win
sustained investment.
