Roles now available

The volunteer roles below are currently available at Broadway. To apply for these please complete the application form and return it to volunteer@broadwaylondon.org.

Please state clearly on your application from which role you wish to apply for - we may not be able to process applications that do not do this.

We will endeavour to respond to all applications but due to the volume of applications we receive please be patient with us.

All applicants who are shortlisted will be invited for a volunteer interview at the project where the role is based. You will have an opportunity to meet staff and clients, ask questions and discuss the placement fully before accepting.

Please note that volunteer roles at Broadway may be subject to an enhanced CRB disclosure/ISA registration.

We encourage volunteer applications from those with experience of homlessness. 


Volunteer Fundraising Assistant

Broadway's dynamic and successful fundraising team are looking for a volunteer to assist the team with researching new donors and potential funding opportunities. The placement may also involve supporting the team in planning fundraising events and day-to-day admin.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in beginning a career in fundraising.

Volunteer Opportunities at The Broadway Centre

The Broadway Centre in Shepherd's Bush operates an open session for clients as well as being a base for our Health Team and Work and Learning Team.

The open session provides tea and coffee and shower facilities but is also a point of entry for people to engage with the Health and Work and Learning servcies Broadway offers.

Work and Learning Volunteer - Gardening and Environment


Volunteer Opportunities at The Conninghams

The Conninghams Hostel is located near Shepherd's Bush station and houses a number of clients over 2 locations. Part of the hostel's role is to act as an assessment centre determining clients needs and the appropriate move on steps.

It is a mixed hostel for single homeless people aged 18 and over.

The below volunteer role is available.


Opportunities at Manor Place

Manor Place is a women only, 2 stage, hostel near Kennington. It houses and supports women aged 16 and over in both a hostel setting and in self-catering flat lets.

We can only accept female applicants for the below role.


Volunteers at Broadway 'The Old Theatre'

The Old Theatre is an accommodation based service in Hammersmith, nearest tube stations are Ravenscourt Park and Hammersmith.

This is a mixed service that supports serially excluded rough sleepers with complex needs.

Volunteer Opportunity at Broadway Sixty- Five

Broadway Sixty-Five is a 24 bed mixed hostel primarily for rough sleepers in Ealing.
