Volunteering and Qualifications

NVQ Customer Service Level 2

Broadway is offering the opportunity for client volunteers to undertake an NVQ Level 2 in Customer Servcies whilst volunteering.

The criteria for clients to be undertake this qualification is to be engaged in a relevant work experience placement, volunteering 8 hours a week.

The assessment for the course is through a portfolio of work, based on what you do in your placement, that will be seen by your assessor. There are no exams!

The course is made up of units that cover four key themes;

• Impression and Image
• Delivery
• Handling Problems
• Development and Improvement
