Broadway has responded to the Government's 2008 Drugs Strategy Consultation, which sought views from drug users, families, practitioners, and other agencies about how to best achieve progress with drug prevention, treatment and harm minimisation within our communities.
Broadway has extensive experience of working with vulnerable adult drug users, providing a range of specialist services and working closely with other agencies to support our clients with drug related support needs. Broadway is therefore extremely well placed to respond to this consultation and welcomed the chance to contribute to the strategy. We consulted with service managers and clients in forming our response, which focuses on the questions from the consultation document which are most relevant to our client group.
