Housing and Support

Broadway's housing and support services meet both the immediate and long-term needs of people experiencing homelessness:

Hostels: providing a supportive environment for homeless people to live in before moving onto more independent accomodation.

Core and Cluster : enabling clients to work towards independent living in Hammersmith and Fulham.

Supported Housing: providing accomodation for people who need support with specialist problems such as alcohol and substance misuse.

Floating Support: supporting people to live independently in their own homes.

The Clearing House: providing and co-ordinating the lettings services for all the permanent accommodation provided by housing associations under the Government's Rough Sleepers Initiative (RSI).

Real Lettings: providing an alternative source of move on accomodation in the private rented sector.

Lambeth Tenancy Rescue Service: supporting Lambeth residents to reduce the impact of the welfare reforms.

Smartmove Rent Deposit Guarantee Scheme: providing housing advice and accomodation in the private rented sector for ex-offenders and people with low to medium support needs.
