Core and Cluster

Broadway also manages 'Core and Cluster' projects in Hammersmith and Fulham.

The services form a pathway between 'core' services for clients with higher support needs and 'cluster' projects. Clients are able to step up and step down within the pathway as they work towards independent living. The Core and Cluster model enables a high level of flexibility in the support that is offered to clients and also offers clear line of progression through the service within set timeframes. Ultimately we expect clients in the scheme to move on to their own independent accommodation.
