Substance Misuse Core and Cluster

The Substance Misuse Core and Cluster project in Hammersmith and Fulham is designed to support clients with substance misuse needs to live independently.

The Substance Misuse Core and Cluster is made up of 3 properties, housing 19 clients. The service is made up of:

  • A core harm minimisation project for clients with higher support needs.
  • A stabilisation project for clients who are considering routes to abstinence.
  • An abstinent project for clients who are now drug and alcohol free and engaging in appropriate treatment.
