Floating Support

Broadway's Floating Support Team enables 58 clients to live independently and to maintain their tenancies. We work with clients who live in their own homes in the borough of Brent.

Our clients have enduring mental health conditions. They are either in contact with, or need to establish contact with, community mental health teams.

Referrals come directly from the Borough's START team, via Brent’s CMHT’s or Brent Mind.
