Broadway's Housing Options team is responsible for management and day to day running of both the Clearing House and Real Lettings.
The Clearing House is funded by Communities and Local Government to provide and co-ordinate the lettings service for the accommodation provided under the Government's Homelessness and Housing Support Directorate (HHSD). Its task is to match homeless people to suitable accommodation in a pool of around 4000 move-on homes.
Real Lettings is a pan-London, private sector move-on project. It provides an alternative source of move on accommodation to social housing. As part of this project we are working with local authorities, to move their clients into the private rented sector.
