Who we are and what we do
Broadway has been providing work and learning opportunities for clients since the charity's inception in 2002.
We believe the fastest way out of social exclusion is through direct contact with; people, services and community and ultimately sustained through the financial freedom offered by full time employment.
We work with clients that are homeless, in hostel accommodation or in supported housing and offer a wide range of specialist work and learning activities to enable people to re-engage with society.
Our 5 key objectives
- Employability as key to economic well being and independence
- Teaching skills that promote inclusion
- To act as a bridge to mainstream services and the community
- Building self esteem, confidence and motivation
- Learning leads to personal change and development
