This is a free information and counselling service available to you and your family. You’ll be able to talk to a counsellor on the phone 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can also see a counsellor locally for face-to-face counselling. The areas EAR can help you with are:

EAR is COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL. The problems you share with the counsellor will never be reported to us or included in your personal file. Even if your manager recommends that you call EAR, only YOU will know whether or not you called.
