Client Conference Report
Broadway ran a two stage consultation to enable Broadway clients to influence its 3 Year Organisational Strategy. In total, 51 homeless and vulnerably housed clients were involved in the process – either by taking part in local discussions using a Client Conference Toolkit, or by attending a larger Client Conference Event held at our Centre in Shepherds Bush. The consultation has provided Broadway Board Members with a valuable insight into what our clients think, which will be used to help them answer the questions below:
