Objective 2 - responding & preventing
developing innovative, flexible services for homeless people
Broadway is about being flexible, thinking imaginatively and finding new ways to new solutions. We do this every day with our clients and have a history of developing innovative services in the sector. Our role is to respond at the time of need but also to identify needs at an early stage, and preventing needs from developing. We want to build on this approach to meet the needs of our clients, and to push forward the boundaries of best practice in the sector.

- responding to and developing new approaches to meet emerging challenges and client need
- nurturing creativity and innovation, including taking risks in service development
- diversifying our funding base to ensure it is able to sustain new and innovative services
- working in partnership to develop new and innovative services, recognising our own strengths and capacities
and measuring ourselves against…
- improving our range of services to meet the needs of homeless people or people at risk of homelessness
- enabling more people to make the journey from street to home and / or find and keep a home
- helping clients achieve their potential for example: by improving skills and knowledge; increasing access to health and welfare services; increasing access to training and employment opportunities
