We are committed to achieving positive outcomes for homeless people. We aim to create awareness among our clients, staff, funders, partner agencies, the homelessness and wider social care sector and government about the needs of homeless people. By advocating change in official attitudes, we aim to influence the policy and practice of agencies, institutions and government towards single homeless people.

- facilitating learning, understanding and sharing among our clients, staff and partners
- using our knowledge and experience to inform and encourage other agencies that support people who are homeless to develop best practice
- acting as a supportive but critical friend to central and local government

- influencing best practice in the sector, through enhanced debate and greater interaction with service users, service providers and policy makers
