Quality Strategy
We are committed to providing high quality services to our clients and partners. This includes continuously improving and demonstrating the quality of our services. In this respect, we aim to be a truly learning organisation, benefiting not only our own clients and staff, but every agency and every person concerned with or affected by homelessness.
Our Quality Strategy is available to download to show our committment to excellent services.

Work Plan 2006/07
The work plan shows how we are moving towards meeting our overall mission, vision and values as an organisation and demonstrates how we are moving towards meeting the four strategic objectives we have set for ourselves for the next 3 years.
Table 1 lists our over-arching strategies (i.e. that carry across a number or all of our Key Objectives) each of which have their own action plans and timescales. The review date is clearly stated for each strategy.
Table 2 is an annual review of the risks that we face as an organisation and the identified actions that need to be carried out over the next year to:
- eliminate the risk
- control and reduce the risk
- accept the risk
