Summary
As Broadway begins the second stage of a journey we started in 2002, we’re more determined than ever to demonstrate the quality of our achievements working with people who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness in London. We have now set out four objectives against which we expect our clients, partners and wider stakeholders to measure us over the next three years.
Broadway aims to:

- meet the needs of homeless people in London through
quality service, providing value we can measure to our
clients and partners
- develop innovative, flexible services for homeless people
- build on our effective partnerships and continue to
encourage good practice in the sector
- share our knowledge among our stakeholders and keep influencing official policy and practice

We re-affirm that our vision, mission and values remain the basis of our organisational competencies - the skills, knowledge and abilities we need to support people who are at risk of, or who are experiencing, homelessness in London. However, this strategy calls for a different way of doing things and a different way of measuring change. In the end, we’ll be judged on how individuals feel about improvements in their lives as they make difficult journeys from street to home.
Our emerging competencies, i.e. the skills that we need to maintain and develop to successfully deliver this strategy, are: |

- extending the learning culture at the heart of our work
- ensuring integrity remains at the forefront of all our activities

- encouraging our partners to learn and improve alongside us developing our knowledge and influence
