You will provide and further develop highly responsive and reliable consultancy and training services to our external customer agencies. You will work across a broad range of human resources services ranging from: employee relations issues; development of policy and procedure; organisational change and restructuring; ongoing advice and support and training managers and senior teams in using effective polices and practice. You will have a well-developed understanding of strategic HR issues and current debates and good practice trends in HR management. You will enjoy meeting and working with a variety of people, have excellent listening and influencing skills and have a very good working knowledge of resolving employee relations issues within the law. You will understand and be passionate about the power of good HR in making organisational difference; we can teach you the consultancy skills. TRAINEE HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT

£28,484-£30,774  BASED FROM LONDON BRIDGE

We are looking for somebody that can use their HR experience, together with expert coaching from our senior consultancy staff, to develop the skills to become one of our qualified consultants. As such you will be providing the full range of business partner and HR support services to our external customers. We would expect the successful candidate to be ready to step up to a full Consultant role within 6-9 months. Promotion to Consultant will be subject to an internal selection and assessment process.
